Privacy policy

Effective 11 September 2026 · applies to the Gluttonauts app (com.grooviz.evolution) and this website

Gluttonauts is made by Grooviz ("we"). The short version: the game has no accounts, your progress lives on your phone, and the only data that leaves your device is anonymous gameplay statistics (which you can switch off) and what Google's advertising SDK needs to show you an optional rewarded video.

What we collect, and why

What we do not do

We do not ask for an account, e-mail, or any permission beyond network access. We do not sell data. We do not track you across other apps or websites. The game has no chat and no user-generated content.

Your choices

Gameplay statistics: Settings → Share play data with the developer switches uploading off; the game plays identically. Rewarded videos: Settings → Video offers hides every offer; the game plays identically. Everything on your device: Settings → Reset save, or uninstall.

Deleting data we hold

Because the statistics are anonymous, we cannot find "you" by name. Your anonymous identifier is shown in Settings next to the share switch; send it to dev@grooviz.com and we delete every record under it within 30 days. Details on the data deletion page.

Children

Gluttonauts is a general-audience game for teenagers and adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; the statistics above are anonymous and the advertising SDK is configured according to Google's policies for the store's age rating.

Legal basis (EU/EEA and UK)

Anonymous gameplay statistics: our legitimate interest in improving the game, with an in-app opt-out. Personalised advertising: your consent, collected through the consent prompt. Contract: none, there is no account.

This website

The website is hosted on Vercel and sets no cookies for visitors. The developer dashboard (/dash) is password-protected and sets one session cookie for the developer only.
